French Vanilla Coffee Scrub
Never again will the sweet aroma of french vanilla coffee be confined to your morning coffee cup! Now you can help decrease cellulite, reduce varicose veins, and soften your skin with the marvelous scent of vanilla and coffee in your shower!
You will need:
2 cups coffee grounds
1/2 cup raw sugar or sea salt
2 to 3 tablespoons almond oil (or other light oil, such as grapeseed or jojoba)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 or 3 drops vanilla fragrance oil (optional)
Mix these items together in a bowl. If you wish to make more french vanilla coffee scrub for later use or for sharing (nudge nudge, wink wink), you can easily double the recipe.
When the scrub is complete, be sure to apply it to wet or damp skin. The best time to do this is in the shower so that you can rinse it off after application. Apply the scrub directly to your skin and rub it in circular motions with your fingers, or use a washcloth or loofah. Remember the circular motion helps to distribute the caffeine to eliminate cellulite and varicose veins.
NOTE: The vanilla fragrance oil mentioned above can be purchased at
From Nature with Love and does NOT contain
Diethyl Phthalates (DEP).
