In a spray bottle, fill three-quarters full with water.Pour in as much glitter in any or multiple colors you want to.
For shine and to set style, pour a little bit of hairspray in the mixture.
Put a tiny dot of mousse in there to set and hold the style too.
If you added mousse, shake up the bottle until it dissolves.
