Refreshing Lemon Facial Toner

This toner is especially good for oily skin. It's oil removing qualities are second to none.

2 tbsp vodka

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp witch hazel

1 tbsp distilled water

Combine ingredients and store in a clean bottle or spray bottle.
