1 quart of apple cider vinegar

4 Tbs of dried herbs of your choice (2 Tbs of fresh herbs)

Place vinegar in a glass or ceramic pot. Boil and then turn off heat. Add herbs and pour into a jar. Experiment by adding aromatic flowers such as lavender, sweet violet, or rosemary.
