Muscle Rub Ointment Recipe
Ingredients:8 oz. sesame oil or cream base
1/2 tsp. camphor EO
5-10 drops peppermint EO
1 tsp menthol crystals
5 drops Rosemary EO
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and blend well with stick blender. Store in jar or bottle.
