1/4 ripe avocado

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 beaten egg yolk

Blend avocado with egg yolk and buttermilk. Apply to face and throat and leave on for 5 minutes. Spread on a little more. Leave on for another 5 minutes. Rinse with tepid water.
