Artichoke Facial

Artichoke Facial

1 fresh artichoke heart well cooked (or canned hearts in water, NOT OIL)

2 teaspoon light oil

1 teaspoon vinegar or fresh lemon juice

In a mixing bowl mash artichoke hearts and mix with oil and vinegar. Stir well until smooth paste. Massage on face and neck. Let set 10 to 15 minutes, rinse with warm water, pat dry.
