Lemon Sparkle Shampoo

3/4 cup Distilled water
1/4 cup Shampoo concentrate (or use 1/2 cup unscented shampoo and increase salt to 1 tsp.)
1/2 tsp. Table salt
2 Tbsp. Dried chamomile
1 Tbsp. Dried rosemary
2 tsp. Sweet almond oil
1/4 tsp. Lemon oil

Heat the water in a saucepan, bringing to a boil. Add dried chamomile and rosemary to the water and remove from the heat. Let the herbs set in the water for 20 min. Pour the water through a strainer and into a collecting bowl. Discard herbs. Add the shampoo concentrate to the water and stir until it has dissolved. Add almond oil, lemon oil and food coloring. Stir until blended. Add salt and stir until the mixture thickens. Let the mixture cool to room temperature and bottle.
