A nice hot bath will fix just about anything.

Comfrey Balm Recipe

1 oz Beeswax
1 oz Comfrey-infused Carrier Oil (Choose Sunflower oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Grapeseed Oil or Sweet Almond Oil)
1 oz Coconut Oil
4 drops Yarrow Essential Oil
4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
4 drops Carrot Seed Oil

Infuse the carrier oil by steeping comfrey in it in a covered jar on a warm windowsill for three to four days. Strain, discard leaves and reserve the oil. Filter oil again through cheesecloth before use.

Over low heat melt together beeswax, coconut oil and comfrey-infused alternate carrier oil. Add essential oils and warm the mixture until it is well mixed. Pour into a small jar and let cool.

It is my preference to use more lavender (about double) than this recipe calls for, but suit your own tastes.
