Water Retention Massage Oil Recipe

2 1/2 tablespoons almond oil
1/2 tablespoon jojoba oil
1 eveing primrose oil capsule
2 drops tangerine essential oil
1 drop lemon essential oil
4 drops cypress essential oil
4 drops lavender essential oil
3 drops geranium essential oil

Blend ingredients well. Pour into a small bottle and seal. Shake before each use. Warm oil before doing massage. Apply to the feet, ankles, and legs massaging towards your heart to help circulation.
