Soothing Milk Bath Recipe

1/4 Cup Powdered Milk
1/4 Cup Powdered Oats (Or oats that you've powdered yourself in the blender)
1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Jojoba or Sweet Almond Oil
A Soothing Aromatherapy Blend Such As: 3 drops Roman Chamomile, 3 drops Rose, 6 drops Orange

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly and add slowly to your warm bath water. Burn some rose or jasmine incense, light some candles and scatter them around the bathroom, turn on some soothing music, and plunge into your heavenly aromatic bath. Relax, take deep breaths, and let go of the week's stresses.
