2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp witch hazel
1/2 cup baking soda
1-2 drops peppermint oil
Mix all ingredients together to form a thin, milky mixture. Shake well. Makes 3 1/2 oz. To use: gently apply to sunburned skin and allow to dry. Re-apply, if necessary.
