Place 2 parts fresh mint leaves, 1 part lemon peel, and 2 parts powdered milk in a soft, square cloth. (Lemon makes a great cleanser, mint refreshes, and milk relaxes and softens.) Tie up the bag with a cord.
Turn on the bath water and tie the bag underneath the running water or let the bag soak in the bath while the water runs. After soaking in this refreshing bath, use the bag as a washcloth for your face.
