6 to 8 teaspoons carrier oil (olive oil, sweet almond oil, grapeseed oil, etc.)
6 drops chamomile essential oil
2 drops rose essential oil
2 drops rosemary essential oil
Combine all ingredients in a bottle and shake gently until well blended. Pour into a small bottle and seal well. Warm oil before massage.
